If in your order the piece has arrived broken, the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not handle or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package.

Once we have confirmed your order number and your data, we will proceed to collect the package, once the piece arrives at our workshop we proceed to the refund of your order.

In case of return the shipping price is not included.
