It is not enamelled, try to be careful, if you put the piece on dirty or wet surfaces the ceramic can be stained
Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been placed, we proceed to the shipment.

If in your order the piece has arrived broken, the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not handle or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package.

Please let us know the same day you received the package.

Once we have confirmed your order number and your data, we will proceed to collect the package, once the piece arrives at our workshop we proceed to the refund of your order.

In case of return the shipping price is not included.

In época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken.
