Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday

If your piece is in stock we will send it once we receive the order

If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made

Will inform you by email of the completion and waiting times by order

If any pieces arrives broken, on the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.

In case of refund the price of the shipment is not included                                                       

At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken

Inform us the same day you received the package 

Send us a photograph of the broken piece by email to epoca@epocaceramic.com

Once we have confirmed your order number and your information, we will proceed to refund the money
