These cups can be washed in the dishwasher but we recommend doing it by hand

Once you wash it, remember to let it air dry and once dry you can store it

The base of these pieces is unglazed, try not to leave them on dirty or oily surfaces

Any blow or fall can cause the breakage of these pieces

If you take care of these pieces they can last a lifetime

The enamel we use is lead-free
Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday

If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made

If any pieces arrives broken, on the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.

In case of refund the price of the shipment is not included

At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken
