Any fall from the jug or blow can cause its breakage

Do not use sponges to wash the outside, with water and a very soft brush to avoid breaking the texture
Shipments will be made Monday through Friday

If your piece is in stock, we will send it to you once we receive the order

If your piece is custom-made, shipping times may vary depending on the part to be made

We will inform you by email of the completion and waiting times per order

If any piece arrives broken, the same day or 24 hours after receipt send us a photograph and please do not handle or throw away any of the items that are inside the package, then check our return policy.

In case of return, the shipping price is not included

We only make returns if the part has arrived broken
