Shipping & Delivery

We process all shipments from Monday to Friday.

In-stock pieces: If the piece you purchased is in stock, we package it as soon as you place your order so it leaves our studio within 24 to 48 hours.
Made-to-order pieces: You will find the estimated crafting time on each product page (usually around two weeks). If your order includes a large volume of pieces, these timelines may vary; in that case, we will confirm the exact date via email after receiving your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

In-stock pieces: If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the piece to notify us. To complete the return, the piece must arrive back at our studio in perfect condition, unused, and carefully protected in its original packaging. Return shipping logistics are your responsibility. Once we verify that the piece is intact, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the cost of the initial standard shipping.
Made-to-order pieces: Creations crafted exclusively for you result from a dedicated artisanal process tailored to your project. Due to their unique nature, these pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they are created as unique objects designed for a specific order.

Pieces Damaged During Transit

We handle every shipment with the utmost care, but if a piece should suffer any damage during transit, we take full responsibility for the situation.

We simply ask that you email us at epoca@epocaceramic.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the damaged item and the outer packaging. Once reviewed, we will immediately arrange to send a replacement piece at no additional cost or, if you prefer, issue a full refund for your order.
