At época ceramic, we ship your pieces from Monday to Friday.
If the piece you have chosen is in stock, we will send it as soon as we receive your order. If it is a made-to-order piece, shipping times may vary depending on the craftsmanship required; in that case, we will inform you by email about the estimated times so you are always updated once we receive your order.
If any piece arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and send a photo of the damage to epoca@epocaceramic.com. We ask that you do not handle or discard any of the package contents until we can assist you and assess the issue.
We only accept returns if the piece(s) arrive broken or damaged.
If this happens, notify us the same day you receive the package, send us the photo of the damage along with your order number and your details to the indicated email.
Once everything is confirmed, we will arrange the pickup and, once the piece arrives at our workshop and the damage is verified, we will refund the full price of the product. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
