We will always provide you with a full refund of the experience price if you cancel or notify us 48 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the experience. If you notify or cancel outside of this specified time frame, we will send you a voucher for the amount you spent, which you can use for another experience that takes place or in the online store.

Origen will take place in the Bosque de la Herrería, located in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid. The exact address will be included in your ticket, which you can download at the time of purchase.
