This lamp has been 100% handmade by us and is crafted from ceramic. It does not include a bulb and is compatible with E27 bulb models.

To clean accumulated dust, use a duster or compressed air. It is a delicate piece, so handle it with care, as any impact could cause damage.

This piece is made to order, with an estimated production time of approximately two weeks per unit. Since each piece is handcrafted, repeated items may show slight variations in dimensions and shape. This is what makes them unique.

As an electrical item, it must be kept away from moisture and should not be turned on if you are barefoot and wet. Keep it out of reach of children and animals, as the cord, if bitten or licked, could cause an electric shock.

Not suitable for outdoor use.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
