This lamp is sold individually and includes a ceiling-mounting system made of the same material as the lamp. Does not include bulb Maintenance is simple: to clean accumulated dust, use a feather duster or compressed air. The lamp is made of ceramic, so handle it carefully, as any impact may cause damage to the piece.

It is a made-to-order lamp; production times may vary depending on the number of units purchased. If you order two lamps or fewer, the production time is approximately one and a half weeks.

It is an electrical item; keep it away from moisture. Do not turn on the lamp if you are barefoot and wet.

Not suitable for outdoor use.

• Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday

• If your piece is in stock we will send it once we receive the order

• If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made

• Will inform you by email of the completion and waiting times by order

• If any pieces arrives broken, on the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.

• In case of refund the price of the shipment is not included                                                       

• At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken

• Inform us the same day you received the package 

• Send us a photograph of the broken piece by email to epoca@epocaceramic.com

• Once we have confirmed your order number and your information, we will proceed to refund the money
