Each of our kinetic mobiles is handmade by us, making each one unique. To keep it looking beautiful, we recommend moisturizing its wooden parts annually with oil or wax. You can clean the ceramic pieces with a dry cloth or compressed air. To ensure its longevity and prevent breakage, avoid impacts or falls that could damage it, and due to the weight of the pieces, never place it on a baby's crib.

This piece is made to order, with an estimated production time of approximately two weeks per unit. Since each piece is handcrafted, repeated items may show slight variations in dimensions and shape. This is what makes them unique.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
