Its care is simple: it is recommended to hand wash it, let it air dry, and store it once completely dry. To maintain the wood, you can moisturize it once a year with wood oil or wax, which will keep it looking beautiful throughout its life. Since its exterior is porous, avoid placing it on dirty or greasy surfaces, as it may stain. Each teapot has a unique and different design, enhancing its beauty and authenticity. It is 100% handmade by us, and the glaze is completely lead-free.
All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
