This botijo is handmade by us and its care is simple. To avoid breakage, do not let it fall and avoid any impact. Since it is a porous piece on the outside, it is important to avoid contact with oil or liquids that could stain it. The interior is glazed, so it can be used to hold water. To clean it, you can wash it by hand with water and soap or put it in the dishwasher.

This piece is made to order, so the production time varies depending on the quantity you purchase. As a reference, if you buy one or two units, the estimated delivery time is two weeks.

Each piece is 100% handmade by us, which means that repetitions may have slight variations in shape and size, making each one a unique item.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
