You can wash it in the dishwasher but we recommend washing it by hand

Let air dry and store once dry

Remember that the exterior is natural clay without enamelling, try not to support the piece on oily or dirty surfaces

Ceramic is fragile, if it falls to the ground or receives a blow it can break

The jar are made 100% by hand

If any pieces arrives broken, on the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.

In case of refund the price of the shipment is not included

At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken
