This lamp is sold individually and includes a ceiling-mounting system made of the same material as the lamp. It comes with a warm light E14 bulb. Maintenance is simple: to clean accumulated dust, use a feather duster or compressed air. The lamp is made of ceramic, so handle it carefully, as any impact may cause damage to the piece.

It is a made-to-order lamp; production times may vary depending on the number of units purchased. If you order two lamps or fewer, the production time is approximately one and a half weeks.

It is an electrical item; keep it away from moisture. Do not turn on the lamp if you are barefoot and wet.

Not suitable for outdoor use.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
