SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday

• If your piece is in stock we will send it once we receive the order

• If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made

• Will inform you by email of the completion and waiting times by order

• If any pieces arrives broken, If any piece arrives broken, the same day or 24 hours after receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.

• In case of refund the price of the shipment is not included

RETURN POLICY 

                                                                     

• At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken

• Inform us the same day you received the package 

• Send us a photograph of the broken piece by email to epoca@epocaceramic.com

• Once we have confirmed your order number and your data, we will proceed to collect,
  once the piece arrives at our workshop we proceed to the refund of your order.
