We handcrafted this lamp from ceramic. To keep it clean, we recommend using a soft cloth or compressed air. This piece is delicate, so handle it carefully: any impact could damage it. As this is an appliance, remember to keep it away from moisture and do not turn it on while barefoot or wet.

This lamp is made to order; production time may vary depending on the quantity purchased. If you order two or fewer lamps, production time is approximately one and a half weeks.

Includes an electrical system for installing a G9 bulb and wall-mounting accessories; bulb not included.

Not suitable for outdoor use.

All shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have chosen an item that is in stock, we will prepare and dispatch it as soon as we receive your order. For items on by order, we will keep you informed of the production timelines via email.

In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please share a photo within the first 24 hours of receiving it. Remember not to touch or discard anything that comes in the box.

Regarding returns, please note that the shipping cost is not included, and we only accept returns if the piece arrives damaged. If that's the case, send us a photo of the broken piece to epoca@epocaceramic.com.

Once we confirm your order number and details, we will proceed with the refund.
